**In Preparation for The SHOW **

We are excited to welcome you to Foundational Steps – The Show. We are a multi-platform show with both a podcast and audio/video format for people to enjoy at their leisure. We take a dive into the circumstances, obstacles, and pressures that lead people to make the choices they did at crucial moments in their life. Success isn’t about how you see yourself now, but the perspective and experiences that shaped you.

In Preparation for The Show

• Please share with us any topics or areas of your life that are totally off limits. We don’t want to make you uncomfortable. Keep in mind that our goal is to reach people where they are most vulnerable to help them achieve what you already have. Your truth can set them free!

• If you or your company has any kind of marketing materials or a package that may aide the conversation or help with promotion of the show, please send that to foundationalsteps@gmail.com ASAP.

  • In lieu of a marketing package please send over a picture of yourself, that we can use for promotion. Any social media profiles you are okay with sharing with the public. A website for yourself or your business, if you’d like to promote it at all. A blurb or bio for your company or yourself, if you would like anything specific to be said about you or your business as a way of introduction that can be used online for promotions and at the top of the show to introduce you as a guest.

  • Last but not least, how many lives have you lived to this point in time? This isn’t meant to be esoteric in any way, shape, or form. We would just like to know if there were times in your life were you felt that you were starting from scratch or pulling a full 180 degree shift.

• The show is conducted over ZOOM and we will be recording both audio and video.

  • It is best to have some sort of low lighting in front of you to make sure we can see your face. E.g. Here is an option on amazon, however any lamp will work. Mainly you want to avoid having sunlight or bright lights directly behind you.

  • To reduces audio feedback and for us to have a seamless conversation we recommend headphones and a mic, almost every option will be good enough. E.g. simple amazon headset.

  • For safety if you could please use your voice record feature on your phone to record your end of the conversation that would be amazing. Last thing we want is to have an amazing show and the audio, due to some technical glitch, isn’t useable. Once we are through recording just, email, Dropbox, or WeTransfer to foundationalsteps@gmail.com

  • Last but again not least, if at all possible make the background of your video less interesting than you are for those watching the a/v version of the show.

The Format of The Show

At its core it’s old fashion Talk Radio, two people finding some understanding. The published show will consist of a short intro including a welcome to the show, and a brief synopsis of who the guest is and why the listener should stay till the end. The conversation will play immediately after that, there will be short breaks for sponsors during the conversation and once the conversation is over a short thank you will play and then it’s over.
