My job is to help focus you, guide you and keep you accountable. There are things I might teach or make you aware of as well. But ultimate you you have to do the work.

Lead by example to advance and maximize your team and their abilities to achieve any goal.

To lead by example you need to know your weaknesses and face them. Being the alpha is not about domination, it’s about using the resources you have to their maximin capabilities. This means you need to learn how to bring out that part in a person they didn’t even know was there.

I have decades of experience to draw from. Acting in network TV shows, countless theater performances, as speaker at numerous events and more.

Staffing was the family business in which I grew up. Getting hired and picking a career hasn’t really ever changed. It’s about what you bring to the table and finding the table that needs what you have.
